I stored some items here for a few days and they were so professional, pleasant, and helpful. I had leased my unit through their portal in the morning and within a few hours when they were open they called me and took the lock off for me, all in a short time span which was amazing since they don’t stay on site. I was in a time crunch so I’m very grateful they were so quick about everything.
They charged me extra days after moving out & they never pickup the phone
Just wanted to pop on here and leave a quick word to express my gratitude to the owner. I recently lost my job and quickly fell behind on my bill and she held onto my unit for me for months, without hesitation, until I was able to pay it so for that, I'm thankful.
