Great rooms and staff. I can't wait until we visit again.
Customer service sub-par. Don't expect to even get a call back when calling the General Manager, Charlie Yates. He does not value guests.
My hubby & I've stayed multiple times every yr since 2002, been longtime & faithful guests here. Have referrered friends, family & coworkers, including 2 couples who honeymooned here & 1 couple who had their Wedding/Reception here due to our recommendation. Prior staff was fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable & exceeded all expectations of customer service. Under new ownership/management & the staff has changed.
