I am not one to air out issues on facebook but today I feel as if I have been silent long enough. In 2014 Morrisville Heating and Air installed a new heating/air unit in the house. I have service receipts it has been nothing but a headache one right behind the other with this unit not cooling. BEWARE! We unfortunately hired Morrisville Heating and Air after a referral from our real estate agent when we purchased a home in Morrisville during the summer of 2018. The owner, Mike Frady, came out to our home and gave us a quote of $12,000 to replace both units. I was initially surprised at how quickly the quote came because I knew they were supposed to do a load calculation to determine how large the units should be and those take some time to complete. Frady replaced both units and kept them the same size, a 2.5 ton f... read more

Saved the day! – Called last minute and had a large amount of people coming for a party....The AC went out and Morrisville Heating and Air sent a technician out and had us up in running before we had to cancel our celebration the following day. I was impressed that the tech explained what was wrong so that I could actually understand what it was I was paying. Thanks!!! Mike and his crew are great!!! I would recommend them to any and all that need HVAC service!
