BEWARE! We unfortunately hired Morrisville Heating and Air after a referral from our real estate agent when we purchased a home in Morrisville during the summer of 2018. The owner, Mike Frady, came out to our home and gave us a quote of $12,000 to replace both units. I was initially surprised at how quickly the quote came because I knew they were supposed to do a load calculation to determine how large the units should be and those take some time to complete.
