I was never informed they wouldn’t do a scan without unrelated prior test results and was told my referral was incorrect because it didn’t include an unrelated test I already had done less than a year ago. My current issue is likely unrelated to the (benign) problem I had imaged prior. I really can’t stress enough how they’re two completely different things, but they wouldn’t see me without prior studies. I recently visited this facility for diagnostic testing ordered by my cardiologist. My cardiac evaluations were scheduled promptly and carried out by an exceptionally courteous, friendly, and professional staff. I am grateful for the outstanding care I received during my visit and would confidently recommend this facility.
The place is beautiful and the service was fast, however they lost the blood sample. Not much good if you go for testing and it never gets sent to the lab. Went to my doctors visit to discuss the results, and there was nothing to review. Very frustrating. I'd consider going to a different location if you need a trusted lab.
