I went to E.R. on Sunday, August 17th, 2025. Merchant's Greene location. Morristown, TN. I went because my left left leg has a rash and both my left leg and foot are swollen. Just randomly, no idea why. The Doc said it may be a blood clot (what I was thinking too).. So we did all the test...3 I think. Blood work, ct scan, ultrasound. I was there from 11:30-3:30 & he came in and said all test are negative.. No clots and that I should go see a doctor (THATS WHY IM THERE) & they didnt write me anything for the swelling... I’ve been here since 10 an the done test an it now 12:46am an i still haven’t seen the the dr dr again I know the test has came back bye now i mean really I new better then come here never again

Everyone was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. No one wants to spend time at the ER, but they made it as easy as possible. I was seen and treated promptly and well.

Ended up here after my daughter’s post surgery incision busted open. The nurse and Dr hart took such great care of her. We originally went to the main hospital which was an awful and kinda scary experience but left and came here. Dr hart was so sweet and down to earth and helped my daughter almost immediately. The nurse was super sweet I wanna say her name was ranelle I am not positive. They all set her at ease in a time of panic. Thank yall so much

The admin was nice and generally speaking the care was good. The problem was the lack of diagnosis. After spending four hours in the hospital. They doctors could not tell me what was causing all the vomiting and pain.
