HORRIBLE! Constant harassment and scammers. I have informed my lawyer about their behaviour. In summary, one of their people came to my house to diagnose a problem but was UNABLE TO IDENTIFY THE CAUSE. He then proceeded to make suggestions about changing a few things that were UNRELATED TO THE ISSUE. We politely declined services being offered that were not related the issue.
