This is a first for me. I have never left a "☆" review in my life. Try as I might, I cannot justify more than one star (Cooper has excellent support staff) at this point. That fact saddens me beyond belief. Mr. Cooper has made himself scarce (that is a gross understatement) over the past four to five months. Dan Cooper is never around and is very hard to get ahold of. He predominately lives in North Carolina and comes to Eureka only a couple of weeks a year to do business.
