I had a problem with my forklift and have called to make an appointment. I talked to someone, and they just told me someone would show up the next day. Wouldnt give me a time or anything, just someone going to show up. The mechanic was very green at the job and was checking things that I knew from my basic mechanical knowledge that had nothing to do with the problem I called about.
