I booked a AC repair, customer care booked my appointment on Sunday. However the person who was supposed to come told me at the last time there is 229$ additional charge since its after hours. This is really non-starter where the customer care don't tell you such hidden charges. Wasted my sunny Sunday.

We had a new gas furnace and AC installed in May of 2022 by Morrison. Shortly after, there were issues with the install not being done correctly, and we were told by the technician that came out that the business had been sold to Sunset. Winter came, and the unit stopped working during the night. I left a message with the service (who said someone would be out later the same day) and NOTHING! No call back, zero response. Morrison is no longer in business sunset has taken over and not impressed. They won't get my business
Called and can't even leave a message when they don't answer. System they unstained went offline and doesn't work so now I'll have to find someone else to service it even though they should after the install when it's still under warranty.
