I've known ross since he started practice has always been personable and full of laughter .So many people don't like going to the dentist , with his crew and staff I don't feel anything but friendship and fun when I see them makes for an enjoyable experience that I won't forget. KEEP UP THE LAUGHTER!!!
I have been seeing Ross for years. I am very happy with the service of Ross and his crew.
Not interested in patient concerns or understanding of circumstances. Their quick response to the thought of loosing a patient family was “See ya”. Quite rude.
More concerned about money than treating the patient. First thing the receptionists said, to a very ill,elderly patient, when making an appointment to get teeth cleaned was "we will look at you and tell you how much it will be". One hour later patient was told he needed thousands of dollars worth of work.
