Front Staff is very friendly! April is wonderful. Dr. Townes is very kind as well. It had been a long time since I had been to a dentist. I was very apprehensive and was made to feel very at ease. I am so glad that I made that initial appointment.
I love Natalie! A very nice addition to the Morrison Dental Team! Very personable. Everyone there is pleasant to deal with. I continue to recommend Dr. Townes to people who are looking for a dentist.
The staff is very nice, and very efficient. I would prefer it if they had a better billing system. My husband and I would like to have separate accounts. It is very confusing because they combine our accounts.

Tina, We just switched software and I have been told that the issue should be fixed with this company and when you get statements it should separate each family member.. We'll be keeping an eye to be sure that is what happens. I know that has been an issue with the old software for us and for many patients.. Thank you for your feedback and let me know if it is not resolved..
