great place and customer service keep up the great work.
Alicia, Amber and Pat are great employees. They always make you feel welcome. Dr. Townes, you are wonderful as well as your staff. Pat was not in the office to explain the finances and Keith would not remember so I filled this out for him. Eileen Irace
The kids were a bit nervous beforehand, but they were made to feel at ease and ended up enjoying their visit. The dentist took the time to listen to the dental concerns I had for my children, and he gave me a report on each child as well as a plan for the future. I really appreciated the time taken with all of us.
Only issue I had was that when my appointment was changed, I was not made aware of it changing the hygienist that I would be seeing. This was upsetting as I was prepared for one thing and got something else. The young lady did an excellent job but I would have liked to been able to make that choice. Had I known, I would have kept my scheduled appointment.
Everything was positive. Marcie is always pleasant and welcoming. The entire team is great.
I think your team demonstrated a warm and caring atmosphere. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family. Some of my coworkers at Publix company are having difficulty finding quality dentistry locally. I will pass out your cards. Thanks for taking good care of me. Jay
My hygienist does an excellent. She is friendly and makes me feel very comfortable in the chair. Dr. Townes has made several crowns for me and they fit the best that I have ever had done. My trips to the dentist are made better by the staff at MDA in Bluffton.
everyone was pleasant and professional ... the treatment was so fast ... I was more than impressed and would certainly spread the word!
