Dr Townes and staff are excellent
Everyone was very nice in the office and very professional. It was my first time at this practice and I was over due for a cleaning. I was a bit put off by them telling me I needed a "deep Cleaning and scaling" for $773 when I have never had any periodontal problems. They presented this as a scarey problem that needed fixing. I will get a second opinion before I have this done and hope they will just do a good cleaning and reassess in 6 months.
Entire staff is very impressive and accomodating!

Everyone, including your reception team has been sensational. Although I don't like visiting dentists, after a long, unhappy history with dentists, this office makes the experience almost pleasant.
Amber and Alesia have been very helpful. I was in the office for Dr. Carson but am seriously considering having my routine dental care done here.
The staff, dental hygenist, and dentist acted in a professional manner.
It was great as soon as I found the Office!!Lol
Marcy is so gentle and thorough and always does a great job. She is so kind and attentive too.
