Visiting Dr. Townes and staff is like visiting family. They are always so welcoming, kind and caring. All of the employees put me at ease, and go out of the way to take excellent care of me.
It's a good review - I like the folks there that I have met and am treated well from the front desk, through Marcy and Dr. T. I have no basis to compare prices, but I feel prices are fair and reasonable. Keep up the good work!
There is no waiting. A smooth operation. Friendly and efficient administrators in the front and friendly and efficient staff in the back. Dr. Townes is clearly committed to using the most up-to-date processes and tools. He leads a highly professional operation.

I was one of the last patience's of the day and my wait was minimal. Everything went well and very timely after I had been put in the chair.
Megan, Dr. Towne's assistant was charming as well as efficient. Dr. Towne, as always, is friendly and thorough. They explained the procedure thoroughly and performed with no discomfort. We have been patients for almost 14 years and remain pleased with the care we receive.

Everyone was Amazing from Pat who was on call for emergencies to the Patient Service Representatives and the Dental Hygienist who assisted Dr. Townes who by the way is exceptional . I was promptly escorted to the patient area to address my emergent dental care. They alleviated my concerns , and answered my questions thoroughly. I followed Dr. Townes advice and my dental health has been cured. I couldn't have found a better Dental Group!! I would highly recommend anyone to this practice!!
You and your staff are so great and enjoyable to see each and every time I visit your office!
