I recently relocated to South Carolina and had to find a new dentist. I am happy to say I had a great experience with Dr. Townes and his staff! The front office staff greeted me immediately and were very pleasant & helpful. My hygienist, Natalie, was fabulous; very gentle but thorough and made me feel very much at ease. Dr. Townes was also great; he reviewed my prior dental history, and was sensitive to my desire for conservative care, saying he would collaborate with me when discussing future dental issues. I guess I misunderstood the quote as I thought the procedure was going to cost $1500 less than it did. Other than that part, all your staff were more than friendly and helpful.
Crown came off and Dr. Townes determined it needed to be replaced and the tooth had decay. He and April were able to take the time to fix the tooth, make a temporary crown and get the mold for the replacement crown all in a short time period. I was very pleased with how quickly they accomplished this task.
