I have brought my kids here to avoid going to urgent care in Clinton. They are always so good with my kids and have us in and out in no time. I also love how they call to follow up a few days after a visit! DEFINITELY recommend.
I have been fighting with the billing department for months. my son hurt his nose and needed glue or stitches. when we arrived we asked if they billed there walk in clinic as an urgent care visit, because this is 100 percent covered by insurance. We were told yes and continued to be seen at the walk in clinic. Turns out we were lied to and billed, for this service due to the coding in billing. if I was given the correct information we would have gone to the er where it would have been 100 percent covered. Took my wife to the ER here because couldn't get anything done by her Dr. in Clinton. The Staff and Dr.Dinkha ran tests to find out what was wrong while her regular Dr. only ran blood test. Bottom line after 2 months being sick she was prescribed some meds and 2 days later on the mend. She had a follow up call from the Hospital to check on her. What a CARING and GREAT STAFF. Thank You ALL!
Went to the walk in clinic this morning. What a great experience. Everyone that I encountered was so kind and compassionate! Just what you need when you are feeling awful. I would highly recommend!!!
