I have never dealt with a worse maintenance group. Everyone we dealt with was short, rude and had an arrogant attitude about them. This was the first business I have been too where the employees felt annoyed by providing a service in exchange for money. Worse that that, the original quote prices were so incredibly marked up that it was laughable. With out exaggeration, a filter that costs 17.99 was being pawned for 287.00. The costumer servers is were bad the guy look stoned did not care about nothing told me to wait all day and they'll try to get to me when they can
These guys don't know the simplest things. Came for an oil change - they put conventional oil instead of synthetic. Is it that hard to consult manufacturers recommendation before changing oil? Had to wait extra hour and pay extra $, while they re-do the work. I will think twice before going there again.
