I’ve been coming here for over five years for both waxing and hair services, and it has always been a 10/10 experience! The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and never fail to make me laugh.
I had such an amazing experience with Josie! She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive from beginning to end. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She is so funny, friendly, and easy to talk to. Waited for 1 hr even tho i had an appointment and still they couldn't serve me or give me any explanation. I ended up walking out. Worst experience.
I have visited this salon three times, and I wanted to share my recent experience regarding pricing transparency. During my first visit, I had a haircut with a hair wash and was charged accordingly. On my second visit, when I came for threading, I specifically asked about the price of a regular haircut without a hair wash, and I was told it would be around $20.
