Horrible customer service, had an appointment at 930 and they want you to be the early. Showed up 7 mins before and they don’t open until 930 evidently. 40 degrees out and we had our newborn and woman at desk would not let us in. Very displeased. One thing if we didn’t have a 2 month old with us
Horrible customer service. Got to our appointment 7 minutes early with my two month old son and the lady wouldn’t unlock the doors to let us in. 40 degrees outside and she had the nerve to look at us standing out there and then looking right back to her computer.
Walked Into the Baltimore Location and was not treated in a professional manner , the sales lady and warehouse guy were both entirely disrespectful, taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Will not be conducting business at the Baltimore location any longer, was treated with poor customer service and the employees I delt with both had attitudes as if I did not exist as a customer.
