Even though we have not made a purchase yet, Adam with Morris Tile Fredericksburg, VA helped us regain confidence in our renovation process. The person who helped us pick out our tile was wonderful, we are building a home and had everything picked out.. when it came time to get the tile sent they no longer had it in stock and we were told it was 2 months out. Why would you allow someone to pick a tile and then not hold it until delivery, or even order it then so it would be ready in time?

We had a great experience yesterday! Getting ready for two bathrooms and a kitchen remodel, and knowing how stressful all this can be with picking out flooring, shower walls, etc, Kathy certainly did make things a whole lot easier for us. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and she just made everything super easy! I appreciated her help so much.
