Communication is the worst. I have tried for over two years to get my account straightened. They tell me they will review and get back with me. This never happens!!!! Can the Waterford Subdivision get a new HOA?
This is nothing but a racquet can't even get a phone call without completely being ridiculous with them which I would never do
I can't wait to move. Our 3 year experience with them has been so awful. They never seem to know what's going on, getting anything repaired is a nightmare. We waiting 5 months for our garage door to be repaired, went an entire year without a workong dishwasher, had electical probelms still un adressed, went 4 days during the winter with no heat, the list goes on and on. I'll warn people to stay away from Morris for as long as they are open. Also I feel sorry for the sucker they sell this house to. Especially when their idea ... read more
funny.. Morris manages the HOA at a community I live in. They have NEVER responded to questions or phone calls in the 2 years I have lived there. Yet they still collect the HOA dues. Just got my payment book today and if I pay after the first.. LATE FEE's... WHAT A JOKE!...
unprofessional rude care lees they hold to the checks to charge late fees I probably going to sale my home so I don't have to deal with them tired of the hassle
Zero communication, $$$... However, it takes well over a month to change a 5.00 light bulb at the entrance of the subdivision. 6 months after they started, real estate for sale signs became the most popular landscaping feature. Neighborhood paranoid about accidentally leaving their trash can out overnight for fear of getting a naughty letter. this is the worst company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. they constantly show a lack of compassion and the icing on the cake was just telling my family- that's a family with special needs kids no less- to BOIL water for our family of 5 to bathe in, with the the temps dropping tonight. Nevermind the reason we have no hot water is because they neglected to maintenance the water hearter in the 3 yrs we have lived here, and upon a leak being discovered and our wood floors being damaged they finally decided days after ... read more
First HOA I have ever been involved with. Constantly sends erroneous violation letters. For example today I am missing siding. (I am not by the way) Can't seem to keep common areas kept up. I love my home but not the association that comes along with it. Definitely a factor in why I would like to relocate. They love to send notices. But never quick to answer the phone or call people back.
