Our ac made a very loud noise from the condenser after hours. I was anxious as the ac would not shut off. I called Morris for advice and the on call person put my fears to rest. I was called early morning from the office to say a technician would be at our home between 10 and 12. Mike Burns arrived around 11 am and repaired our aging system. PHEW! He explained the problem so I understood why the connector did not work. Mike replaced it, and I am impressed with this company. They value their customers.

I contacted Morris about installing a mini split system for our living area. Chris doing the estimate,answered all questions we had about the system. The team doing the install knew exactly what they were doing and were quick and professional. They also took their time to show me the many settings and controls for the system.
