RecommendedWe have a large window with three arches. We had shopped at other places for cellular blinds but was not satisfied with their recommendations. When Chad came to give an estimate he came prepared. He made templates, suggested ways to stabilize the blinds and helped us choose the right color. He returned for the install which was completed in a short time with no mess. We are very pleased with the entire process.

Chuck seemed irritated when I called about my order status, which seemed to take longer than anticipated. The installers found a big hole in the carpet when it finally came so we had to walk on the padding for several days until the company sent a replacement. Chuck said he was going to have to drive to Baltimore to pick up the replacement carpet if it didn’t come by Saturday, but it finally came.
