Dr. Morris and his staff are a breath of fresh air in this assembly-line world! They are knowledgeable and professional but what impressed me most was they listened to concerns and formulated a plan that met my needs. The office is state-of-the-art but it was the personal attention that mattered most.
We started treatment in October 2017. Our previous orthodontist sent a credit of almost $6,000 that our insurance paid. I paid an additional $2,700. We moved in June of 2018. They sent us $300. So we paid nearly $9,000 for for less than a year of treatment. This was for two boys, but still that’s expensive. My insurance company will be getting involved since most of that was money paid by them for orthodontic treatment. I will also be contacting the BBB.
What a wonderful experience! My 12 year old daughter got braces recently and Morris Orthodontics made the process so easy and pleasant! Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful. As a mom, I feel extremely comfortable and confident with the care she is receiving. The building and lobby are beautiful. Even my daughter is excited to go see him! Hands down, Morris Orthodontics is the perfect choice for our family!

We loved Dr Morris and his family (both personal and work families) before, but in the last week they have grafted themselves into our hearts even more so! My son (a patient of Dr Morris’s) was seriously ill in Vandy, and they checked on him and offered help continuously during that time, and loved on our family so selflessly! Huge shout out to Dr. Morris today for an after hours visit!! Drew was enjoying sweet tarts from his Easter basket when he popped a wire off. I called the office ( not realizing they weren't open for patients today), explained my problem to the receptionist, and she told me to bring him on in. Dr. Morris came out and took Drew back, and not only fixed his wire, but did his upcoming adjustment while we were there!! They are the ABSOLUTE BEST, Dr.Morris, and his caring staff!!! Love them, and So Thankful!!
