As my travel agent , Sandy is caring and generous with her time and expertise. She works hard to make your vacation and enjoyable one. She manages bus groups to nearby ports so there is no flying. Other office staff, such as Gary and Kim are friendly and knowledgeable!

I wish I could give a negative five star review. My wife and I went into the St George location to get some information about a cruise. The old lady in the office said there was no one there to help us and she was leaving even though it was only 4pm and they didn't close till 5pm. She was very rude and put out rhat we were there. I am a professional tour guide this is some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my career.

Don't answer phonecalls or emails. Thier phone system disconnects if you don't have a contact. Fill out their website request form. no answer. Terrible customer service
