We went into the office. They all stayed in their office talking to someone but NEVER recognized us as potential customers. Waited a long time then left! We went home and booked online. They need a receptionist just to greet.
Back in 2015, my wife and I wanted to go on a cruise, so we contacted a previous travel agency that Dave worked for. Dave immediately made us feel welcome and asked a lot of questions as to what our expectations were and what we wanted to do.
