I have been going to Morris Jewelers for different things over the years. For my 15th wedding anniversary, we decided to give my wedding set a facelift. I talked with Jimmie about replacing my solitaire tiffany setting (head) with a halo. Since my diamond is round, I just assumed that I would get a round halo. I came in with earrings that I was considering selling to help pay for medical bills. I wasn't sure if they would be worth appraising, but the staff convinced me that they were. After spending the money on the appraisal I went to 3 different jewelry buyers in Charlotte and was told by all of them that the earring's quality was too low for them to offer me anything. I bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend recently. The customer service from all the staff was wonderful. Michael went above and beyond helping me pick out the perfect ring, and helping my girlfriend get it sized correctly. My girlfriend loved it. I have bought several pieces of jewelry from here before and I will continue to come back.

I am very disappointed with the lack of good customer service that I received and especially this close to Christmas. A guy named Michael assisted me and he was not only condescending in how he answered my questions but his tone was offensive too, he insinuated I was stupid and looked down on me for not having jewelry knowledge (when this is not my line of work and thus the reason I came there). I have done business here and referred people in the past, but i will not be back.
