We had a light fixture that partially fell from the ceiling in our foyer and was dangling by the wires. We were concerned it would fall. Morris-Jenkins got us in promptly. The technicians Jordan and Jacob did a fantastic job getting the light fixture down. This was not easy as there was limited space to set up in the foyer and the ceiling was 18ft high. They were prompt, professional, friendly and took the time to ensure our needs were addressed. Great experience all around!

This North Carolina based company is relatively new to the Greenville area. Never have I encountered a HVAC comapny so responsive. I got an appointment on the same day I called! Unheard of with other companies. Joey was great! He did a thorough job on seasonal maintenance on our AC. Friendly and professional! He did a great job of explaining the companies Priority Advantage Membership program (which I immediately signed up for). I highly recommend these folks. Not only did he have to deal with a messy home and kept a positive attitude about that but he also worked with me to get my air fixed at a price I could afford.
