Sales great, service dept-needs to work on customer service and needs to learn how to communicate to customers. I get a one off time not great but it’s been the last several times dealing with them considering I have a 2022 car that I bought there. Hopefully Justin the GM gets them understanding the importance of communication and customer service. Ian Kyle our sales person was extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle for us with no pressure. Barb Bowman the new car sales manager was also very delightful to work with. If your looking to buy a Mazda I highly recommend Morries Mazda in Minnetonka. My first new vehicle I bought was 1984 Mazda B2000 truck. They were great than and still are after all these years.

Efficient, friendly and timely service
After a horrible day of pushy salesmen lying and showing crappy cars, we stumbled upon Morris’s Mazda. MAN! What a game changer!!!! Laura was incredible! I got everything I wanted and more in my new suv! She even had it detailed before paperwork was signed! The staff at Morries was incredibly helpful and kind! No pressure to buy a vehicle, no gimmicks, no lies, no bs. Just an awesome selection of beautiful vehicles. I couldn’t ask for a better car buying experience!!!
