We bought a used car and requested an expedited title. Not only was it not processed as expedited, but they did not even start the paperwork for two weeks! We paid for services that we did not get. Not a happy experience.
My husband and I had not bought a new car in quite a few years, so we really didn't know what to expect at the dealership. At Morries Inver Grove, each person we encountered, was outgoing and welcoming. We worked with Sales Consultant, Gabe Schmidt, and through the whole buying experience, we felt Gabe truly did have our best interests at heart. Overall we were very pleased from the start, right through finance with Jacob Leslie.
Today I was on my way to trade in my 2004 Mazda 6s and it blew up on me half way to the lot. I was still over an hour away. I called my sales rep Steven and explained to him the situation. I was very bummed out that my deal just went down the drain. Steven assured me that everything was going to be ok and that they were going to send someone to pick me up and bring me to the lot.
