Bought a used 2008 Cadillac CTS with 78k on it July 2013. It had 14,600 on the sticker. Verified price multiple times with salesman Jeremy Bird and after agreeing to purchase apparently there was a mistake on the sticker and the price was actually 17,600. End of July it says it needs an oil change despite having one at 78k on the Carfax from Moses. We didn't buy our pre-owned Cadillac CTS from Moses Cadillac-Buick, but have taken it to them for service twice in the 4-1/2 years we have owned it. We've been extremely impressed with their service. When I went out to my vehicle, I heard a grinding sound, and my 2011 SRX would not start. I knew it was a battery issue that I had not thought about prior to this incident. I had made an appointment with Suburban for Wed. of the coming week to handle my recall incidents. My plan was to find a way to get my car started and immediately reschedule my recall appointment. Since the first week I've had my car new CTS-4 Nothing but problems the service that was done on my vehicle damaged the interior and the Engine light was on for 3 months before they would even get it in for service then when I finally got it in they hooked it up to a computer an hour later leave with the car go less than 3 blocks light back on now my car has 22,000 miles on it and my sunroof is leaking and won't open and I told them you could hear air coming in around the seal the first week I had it yet to call me back for ... read more

Horrible impression of the sales team at this dealership. Didn't seem very interested in the customer or building a long term relationship. Highly recommend that anyone reading this review shop elsewhere. Under no circumstance will I ever shop here again.

Great options and even better staff. We have purchased multiple vehicles from and it has always been a wonderful experience. Working with Jeremy Bird and John Whitt made it an easy decision for us. We never felt like were been forced into something we did want or that they were just trying to make a sell. Highly recommended!
