We just picked up an Explorer and worked with Steve Schleif. He was great to work with and got us many options based on what we were looking for. Aaron did a pretty good job getting us through the paperwork considering we had a trade in. Only thing was he came off a bit condescending. Overall, a pretty good experience.
Glenn Koppin our salesman was knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. The vehicle we chose was thoroughly gone through and Glenn took his time to familiarize us on the extras; even programming phones and navigation.
