I was appreciative that the experience was no pressure. Travis was extremely pleasant to work with. I originally reached out through an internet request and asked him to provide me an official price quote over email before I came to test drive. He was more than happy to do so and got back to me very quickly. It was great that I had full disclosure of what I was walking into before I even got there without any pressure

I changed my recommendation base on yesterday. They didn’t tell me anything about the buy happy program. And It’s on the website. I didn’t know you have to buy that program and no one tell me about until now that I want to exchange and guess what. I can’t do it. So I’m not a happy buy customer. I even ask if they have going on for 4th of July and they said no. Why can’t I wait for 1 more week just to buy a car. The finances guy help me a lot and super nice.
