We had a very positive experience when we purchased the car when working with Cameron Johnson, not your typical sales person. The work done in the service department has been good and when I had questions they were answered.
Service department always treats me like I’m their most important customer.
Calling to make an appointment was difficult. I was on hold for a very long time. Once I did get through I couldn’t make an appointment without my VIN. That’s absurd, make the appointment and get the vehicle info when I get there. My appointment was for Monday but when I got there, it was incorrectly marked for Tuesday. My car was in the shop overnight and I was told that the car was fixed. I live 90 miles away and my car was not fixed, I still have the same problem and need to bring my car back. Went in for a recall, they got me in early and a loaner super quick so I made it to work on time. Service writer was very friendly when he called to let me know when the work was done. Overall excellent experience!
