My car was left with the dealership while they ordered a new radio, took over a week. My car was returned to me with a scratch on the side of the car. My CD that was in the old player is gone, the car was filthy and took a week to fix. Very disappointed as the girl who grabbed my car did not have gloves or a mask on.
