I’m very disappointed and exhausted by my experience with Morrey Nissan Port Coquitlam. I was given a quote to fix an issue with my car and paid based on that price. Later, I was told that the quote did not include one of the two parts being replaced, resulting in an unexpected $700 increase in the total cost. To make matters worse, this happened after I had already paid $540 for an initial “90% likely” solution that was supposed to fix the problem.
