I made a phone appointment, with a ride back for an oil change (as offered on the phone) . They wasted 1 hr 30 minutos from our time this morning because the receptionist didn’t provide clear instructions. They served people who came after us, before us They denied the ride service because the oil change wasn’t an expensive service (although they offered it before) Really bad experience, and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend .
