I have been living here now four years and I really enjoy it. I moved from GrandJunction to be with my step daughter. I have been working with Alex on my new lease and he is very knowledgeable in every aspect. His ability to handle problems is above superior. His personality is very friendly outgoing someone who you can confide in. His passion for dogs is something I have never seen at a complex before. I highly recommend Leann, she is very knowledgeable. Excellent property manager , professional. She address concerns quickly and keep the property well maintained. I appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. 5 star!!!
I recently toured this apartment complex and had a great experience thanks to Alex. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the property. Alex took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. He was patient, informative, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right place. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made a lasting impression. I highly recommend working with Alex if you’re considering this apartment complex!
I recently came in for a tour of the apartments and I met Alex. Alex was very knowledgeable and answered every question in detail. He also went above and beyond by taking me around and looking at everything that the apartment complex had to offer the hour I spent with Alex was very enjoyable, even though I did not choose to rent from this particular apartment complex it just didn’t have everything I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Alex to anybody that is looking for somebody kind and professional.
