Morrell Park Apartments is a great place to live! I’ve been here now for a few years and love the new look and renovations. Alex and Leann in the office are great as well!
I want to recognize the outstanding work of Alexander Steele , a maintenance worker. He’s always professional, dependable, and quick to respond whenever an issue comes up. Whether it’s routine repairs or emergency fixes, the job is always completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. You rock & keep up the good work .
I been here for 5 months, I love it is so quiet people are nice, closed to Walmart and other stores, everything is clean and organized definitely recommended, people from the offices are nice and helps you so much, thanks for everything you guys been helping me
I came in person to the front door of the leasing office friday April 27 at 1:25 pm with all my documents to rent one of their apartments, but there was a sign on the door that said - WILL BE BACK SHORTLY - I was surprised, but waited 5 min. Then a guy came out, possibly maintenance, and asked if he could help me. I told him why I was there and he went back inside to tell the leasing agents. Moved in couple of months ago, just browsing for new apartments decided to checkout morrell apartments, management was able to help me and gave me a tour of the apartment that was available, didn’t have to think twice did application, morrell park apartments is very clean well maintained community very quiet place to live in
