When my mother in law took her glasses back yesterday for adjustment, the woman that works there threw her glasses down, came out from behind the counter and yelled in her face that the problem with f’ing old people is that they’re never f’ing satisfied. How despicable of a human being do you have to be to pick on an 89 year old woman? When my father in law called to comply today, the owner was ambivalent. I am appalled and so angry.
I ordered glasses on July 12, 2018. When I called last week they were looking into the matter. When I called on July 30, 2018, the lenses were not cut correctly. As of today August 3, 2018, 3:35 PM the glasses are still not back.
My sister bought a $300 pair of glasses there are 2 hairline fracture when we went there the ignorant woman and man were zero help stay away at all costs walmart is cheaper and twice the quality this company should be ashamed of the quality of product they give people
