I had a follow up appointment after being seen in the ER for a 'miscarriage'. I saw her a few days later and the appointment was 5 mins long. She said 'you're having a miscarriage, I see hundreds of these a year'. She then proceeded to do a quick internal ultrasound and told me to call her if I felt like 'I didn't bleed enough' and did not schedule a follow up appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes undressed with a paper cloth around my waist, this doctor breezed in without apology. She interrupted me, didn’t listen to my questions, never did a pelvic exam, and only seemed interested in getting her billable time in so she could move on to the next billable opportunity. She talked too fast, and I left feeling hopeless and humiliated. No compassion. Nothing accomplished with her. I though it to be terribly unprofessional as to how short and rude she was towards me. It was a complete waste of time and money. I am also a bit a fault by not ending the appointment by walking out. I left there in tears as.
