Outstanding service! Mike called me back promptly and arrived exactly as promised. He spent 1.5 hours installing a drip leg pipe on a gas line and replacing the flexible tube with a rigid steel tube inside my new furnace that the unscrupulous/shady installer neglected to do during installation, and he could have put one piece of pipe (shortest connection), but he showed me that that piece would be blocking the blower, thus making it cumbersome/impossible to replace a blower if ever needed in the future, so he routed the pipe... read more

I've never written a review like this (good or bad). But in these current times, when many people are finding things to get angry/upset over, I wanted to highlight my POSITIVE experience with Morozko. My A/C went out yesterday. Had an emergency with the AC going out. Mike fit us into his route, was by within a couple hours, diagnosed the issue and had us up and running in 20 minutes max. Very reasonable, great service and great guy! Next time we need AC/Heating work will be giving him a call. Thank you for the top notch service!!!
