I brought in my Scott bike for an issue, and even though I hadn't bought it from them, they were incredibly helpful. The staff were super nice and fixed my problem free of charge. That kind of goodwill is rare. It's clear they genuinely care about the cycling community. Highly recommend them for any bike needs- they're honest and trustworthy.
