Morong Falmouth went above and beyond to find me what I wanted. I absolutely love my new Misano Red 2016 Audi S5! I recently purchased a care from Morong and was very pleased with the process. Their team worked well together, each providing the information I needed. They were very supportive with no over selling. They worked with me to help me make a decision the way that I needed. Also, post sale they have been superb, checking with me on my experience, inspecting the car, putting my license plates and easy pass in for me, helping me sync my phone, etc. I was very pleased with them.
What an amazing experience! The team was so helpful. I was turned away from my own credit union as well as 3 other dealers. Morong Falmouth was the only place willing to help me. I was able to get into the car I wanted... A VW Tiguan!
Great experience with our salesman and love our Audi TTs, however the 1 star is for service. At their hourly rate, we were charged 20.7 hours of labor (and that was supposedly discounted) to put in a $154.00 sensor...totally over $2100.00. They blamed Audi for their service manual being wrong and yet we had to pick up the bill for their learning experience.
I love my Cayenne!
