A Smokers Paradise The ad says smoke free but it definitely isn't. There is woman who smokes near the stairs on the second floor for a majority of the day and a handful of chain smokers that take turns smoking at the front gate. You have to walk through it everyday when you enter. Also, if you like weed, you're in luck. Many of the residents smoke weed in their apartments. Apartment is nice, everything else is just so-so The apartment itself is nice and comfortable. Spacious living room and kitchen/dining area. Closet also had a lot of space. If all I had to rate was just the apartment, I would give it a 4 because the floors tended to creak on the 2nd floor and I've had the neighbors below me complain. The parking spaces are not connected to your apartment so it can be a pain to travel so far to get to your car or to the dumpster. Terrible customer Service I tried to call these people to ask how much for an apartment and they sent me straight to voice mail not once not twice but 3 times so don't bother here. Its a waste of time!!!
Great location Been here 5 months, quiet and very friendly location. Free water, garage parking, swimming pool, wash and dryer facility. Very reasonable price for apartment.
