I Tried to contact service department twice to book in transmission service & my call was never returned, I also sent an email which was never responded too. I thought I would try again when yearly service was due & once again I couldn’t get through to service & my call was not returned. Disappointed. Apparently management has changed? Not for the better which is a shame.

I visited Mornington BMW on a Saturday and had an outstanding experience thanks to Melanie. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was well looked after throughout my visit. The level of service was exceptional from start to finish. I’d rate the experience 10/10 and would highly recommend BMW Mornington to anyone looking for great customer service.

Very disappointing experience with the service department at Mornington BMW. The most frustrating part was the Uber Concierge situation. I was told they didn’t want to send me home because I was 2km outside their range. While standing there I overheard the service advisor ask their manager, who said it costs them $7,000 a month for Uber and they wouldn’t do it. Had the best experience at BMW Mornington. The sales team were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The sales team who are mostly female are terrific. Had looked at some cars at a city dealership and found we got little attention. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a BMW.
