I went to my first appointment today at around 12:30. So far everyone was nice, understandable, and professional. Could use a little bit more clear where to enter the building. Kinda looks like an employee entrance but I don’t think that’s their fault. Place is clean and quiet. Mostly private. More of a closed layout but I’d say that’s a plus when dealing with anything medical related. The dentist was also very clear and very good at explaining stuff. Very unprofessional. I'm a lifelong resident of Valencia County and have been going to this office for years but the dentist changed in 2018. Between 2018 & 2023 i was seeing another dentist in Albuquerque but wanted someplace closer. I was seen at MS in 2023 & then scheduled my 6mo follow up for today. When they called to reconfirm I advised Irene I'd rather not have xrays & she said shed ck with the dentist called me back and said np.
