The Bungalows at Bowling Green is my new home. While I would rather be at home, this is the next best place. The staff and residents treat me like family. It is a quaint and cozy environment which makes it easy to find my way around without getting too tired. There is always something to do and my family visits me daily. They do my laundry and help take care of my dog too. The Bungalows is the right choice for me for sure.
The Bungalows is a beautiful facility that feels like home when you walk in. It’s has a real community feel, with many opportunities for residents to interact and share meaningful experiences. The staff is very caring and seeks to meet the needs of the residents. My parents have been treated like family there , which has given me great peace of mind.
My mom loved living at The Bungalows of Bowling Green! The only reason why she moved was because her health care needs changed. The cheerful, homelike atmosphere makes the facility stand out compared to the other assisted living facilities we had toured. While the new management has been trying to tackle long standing issues with cleanliness of tenants rooms, missing laundry, poor food menu, lazy staff, and comunication issues, there is not a compete follow up procedure with the families of the loved ones concerns. Shots are being given to tenants with out approval of family members nor have they provided a record of tenant's shots given.
