My MIL lived here for several years and was faced with many issues with staff, management and residents. The staff is incompetent and unable to manage elder care. If the resident poses any issues that are common with elder care they refuse to deal with the issue. They are not capable of handling even modest elder challenges. Instead always stating this is beyond our capabilities. They will make excuses to remove the resident instead of addressing issues.
