Buyer beware! I lived at the property for 1 year and I wouldn't never renew my lease even if my life depended on it. I cannot count the number of times that something new was being installed or repaired during this year. Windows, oven fan, fan vent, grout cracking, pest control ect. During the winter, the parking lot rarely gets plowed.
