The cleaning was excellent, one of the best that I've had, and I get 2 cleanings a year. I must admit that the my experience at Morningside Dental Care has been excellent, and I've been a patient since Morningside Dental opened in NY almost 25 years ago. The dentists are exceptional and the Hygienist have been very good, but my experience yesterday with Kwabena was very good. THANKS to all the staff for taking care of my dental health.
It's always a very comfortable atmosphere when I walk in the door. I am always greeted with a smile and hug. No matter what my needs are, sensitivity and caring is the key!!! Thank you for being my dentist!!!
Everyone at Morningside is extremely welcoming and nice, they make you feel relaxed and make your experience an really pleasant one. They are all very professional, I would recommend this dentist to everyone especially people who don't enjoy visiting the dentist
I never had a tooth extracted in a dentist's office before. The dental assistant Johnathan assured me that it would not take Dr. Williams longer than 5 minutes to do this. After novacaine time to numb my mouth, lo and behold, I was finished in about two! Hallalujah!
Per usual, I barely had to wait at all, the front desk staff were friendly. This was my first time working with the dental hygienist, Koby and I must say, he was highly professional, personable, thoughtful and expert in his work, patient care and chair-side manner. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. I scheduled an appointment at Morningside Dental Care because it was nearby. The wait to be seen was a little long (about 20 minutes), but I'm a new patient and I was also the last appointment of the day. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. After having x-rays taken, the wait for the doctor (15 minutes maybe) was a little long compared to what I'm used to, but this was of little importance as I had a good comedy routine and scenes from Seinfeld playing in my room to pass the time away with several good laughs. Aside from this, the staff is all really nice and warm. I am not the type to dread dental visits, but after my last cleaning at another office, I was scared what might happen here.
