Spoke in a condescending and short manner . I explained my issue very plainly which he stated “didn’t make any sense”. Took my car and my money right down the street, they knew exactly what I was describing. Although they couldn’t see me the same day they still checked (took 10-15 min), gave me an appointment, estimate and advised how long it would take to fix. As opposed to telling me it could be anywhere from an hr to a few days and no estimate. Too many other places to go for the bs

The first time I went in, he kept me waiting without acknowledging me for 20 minutes while he was on a personal phone call. Didn't even look at me sitting 5 feet away. I should've left then and there. He Inspected the car and then complained about how the headlight was secured (there had been an accident). When I secured the headlight myself and brought it back in to get the sticker, he grabbed it with his hands and forcefully pulled it out and said my repair was no good and refused to pass the inspection, *yelling* at me an... read more
