The maintenance rep was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. As these kind of matters go, I was very happy with the service.
I have been a renting here for 3 years now and have had no complaints. Maintenance has always come in a timely manner whenever I needed them to come. It is a quiet community near Marta and restaurants. I plan on renewing when my lease is up soon. Jasper was very friendly; I was new to Atlanta and was nervous about finding an apartment, but he made the move in process very simple and easy!
