After living here for 2.5 years, I can say to not live here under any circumstances!!!! The building is completely unsafe. Doors are often left open, and non-residents frequently wander the building. People sleep in the stairwells and trash rooms, and are aggressive. Car break-ins are frequent and there was a year long period of a broken garage gate. 1/28/26: complex is pretty close to back to where it was when we moved in. Great place to live. You get some shenanigans due to proximity to Cheshire, but all in, good complex. 10/14: garages not only fixed but fully replaced! Very positive step in the right direction 9/6 update: garages still broken, more break ins, same response from management - “garage fixes in progress, security officer onsite, keep valuables out of your car”.
