Edit 3/23: the fire alarm issue has not been resolved and the parking garage door has been broken for 2+ months (we pay for the parking..). I’ve lived at this property since August 2024, and unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly frustrating due to ongoing issues that have been consistently ignored until they escalated to critical levels. All in all this is an average apartment complex with its main advantage the great location with close access to I-85 and GA 400. Biggest Cons: - Fire alarms happen relatively often late at night. If you enjoy sleeping and not getting abruptly waken up at 3am to fire alarms, then don’t stay here - Street side units will be pretty loud and this part of town can stay up pretty late (a pizza place being open until 6am should make that obvious) - furniture and interior styling are a bit dated and don’t quite live up to the “luxur... read more
2/8 update: At 6 AM this morning, because the parking garage has been broken for a few weeks and is open, I was followed to my car by two individuals in the parking garage, and just a few hours later, at 9 AM, I encountered a person sleeping in the stairwell with an aggressive dog blocking access. Both incidents occurred because the building is not currently secured. The complex has no security, and the emergency maintenance line was unhelpful, offering zero reassurance or immediate action. I went this morning for a tour and Andrea was everything. A pure Delight! She will be the reason I move in . I love when office staff our delightful! The apts are gorgeous with great amenities!
