Update 8/16: Got home at 2am Thursday night to find an unhoused individual in the P1 elevator lobby. I will say they did have this fixed recently (mgmt seems to try to stay on top of things am much as they can) but the door has now clearly been broken into again. I was not comfortable with going through that door as I woke the man, who got up and began to follow me to my car. There was one parking space left upstairs thankfully. This management team is either evil or stupid. The common area is constantly full of dirt, countless of roaches and little flying bugs in my apartment, paid $25 for a parking space that isn't even there when I come back at 1am, disappearing packages in the package rooms, not to mention this is the first apartment I've ever lived in my entire life where when I jump on the floor the doors shake. And just when I moved in for the free EV charging, they raised the rate to 30 cents per kWh. EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE THAN TESLA SUPERCHAR... read more

Edit 8/11: All 3 garage doors are still broken and more car break-ins have occurred with no response from management. They are lying to tenants saying that they've hired overnight security while the gates are broken but all they've done is have APD park an unoccupied police car in the garage and no one patrolling the area. I'm also adding in a photo of a flyer that someone left in the elevators complaining about the management team. So glad I'm getting out of here soon. Update Aug 2025: we have luckily now moved out but everything recent commenters have said is true. Actually wild that they still haven’t fixed the fire alarm issue that’s been going on for at least two years As of June 2023, the false fire alarms are continuing to go off multiple times each month for the entire building. The latest one was at 2AM today and lasted 20 minutes. We're hoping for some resolution to this soon and I imagine other residents feel similarly.
